CV keywords
Project manager CV keywords: what to include and where
Project manager postings mix methods (Agile, Waterfall), certifications and the words that describe scope: budget, risk, stakeholders. The same job title can mean a software team or a building site, so match the posting's own method and field.

What is specific to this role
Methods and certifications are exact terms. "PMP", "PRINCE2" and "Scrum Master" are different filters. List only the ones you hold, with the full name once, and do not write a certification you are still studying as if you had it. Write "in progress" and the date.
Five example bullets
Replace everything in [brackets] with your real facts. If you do not have the number, leave it out instead of guessing.
- Led a project for [goal] with a team of [number] people and a budget of [amount], delivered on [date].
- Kept a risk log in [tool] and reviewed it every [week or sprint], which let us move [task] before it blocked the schedule.
- Ran sprint planning and retrospectives in Jira for [number] sprints, and adjusted the backlog with the product owner.
- Sent a one-page status report to [stakeholders] every [week], with progress, risks and decisions needed.
- Negotiated scope with [client or department] when [change] came up, and agreed what moved to a second phase.
Where to put them
- Summary: give the method, the type of project and the team size, for example "Project manager for Agile software projects, teams of 8 to 12" only if that is true for you.
- Skills: separate methods, tools and certifications so each term can be found on its own.
- Experience: describe the project in one line (goal, team, budget) and then your actions, so the filter and the reader both see the scale.
- Certifications: use their own section with the full name and the year.
Only the true ones
A keyword you cannot back up will not survive the interview, and the changes CVora proposes only use facts from your own CV. Take the words from this list that describe your work, and leave the rest.
