1. Service description

CVora provides tools to tailor resumes using artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload.

2. Accounts

You must provide truthful information and keep your password secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and credits

Credit packages are paid in one-time payments according to the price shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms of service.

Each tailored CV consumes one credit from your credit balance.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Intellectual property

The generated content belongs to you. The platform and its code remain property of CVora.

You may not reverse engineer or resell the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, or malicious content.

Do not attempt to breach or stress-test the service.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

Unused credits are not refundable upon account closure.

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Refunds

Purchased credits are not refundable once they have been used to generate tailored CVs.

Unused credits are not refundable upon account closure.

In case of a technical error on our part that prevents the use of the service, we will evaluate each case individually and may offer a refund or credit replacement.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
